Seal nail color with a velvety matte finish. The CND® Shellac® Matte Top Coat is designed for use with the Shellac nail color system. Shellac goes on like polish, wears like gel, and can be gently removed in minutes. It provides 14 days of durable color that resists chips, nicks, and smudges. 0.25 fl. oz.

Purpose and Benefits

1. Roll between palms to blend and avoid air bubbles. 2. After applying Shellac® Color Coat, apply a thin layer of Shellac Glitter Top Coat. 3. Cure for 1 minute in CND™ LED Lamp. 4. Remove the top film with a plastic-backed, lint-free pad saturated with 99% iIsopropyl alcohol.
